We have a No Change Order Guarantee for jobs we bid to help our customers understand what they are paying for and what to expect. Others may place a lower bid, and then afterward file changes in the order and the customer pays more than what they originally thought they would. Noash Construction will not do that. We guarantee, that as long as the Scope of Work (SOW) is not changed by the owner, any work that we missed and needs to be done to successfully complete the project, the cost will be borne by Noash Construction, Inc. If we missed something in the bidding process, we will not make changes in the original bid.
